TERMS OF SERVICE
Payment & Refunds
⋆ Payment for all commissions must be paid in FULL upfront. I do not start artwork until full payment has been made.⋆ I only accept PayPal (via StreamLabs) and Venmo. Ko-fi, and other means of transfer will be opening soon!⋆ No refunds will be provided for lost or stolen artwork during shipping.⋆ There is a cancellation fee between 5% and 15%, depending on what we have communicated for the piece, and the size / complexity of said piece.
Reposting Policy & Rights
⋆ I retain the rights and copyright of your commissioned art. Please communicate what you will be posting/using your piece for, and I will provide the adequate crediting you will need.⋆ If you are posting or using your piece anywhere for means of income (Twitch, Youtube, etc.), you must communicate that with me, as crediting will be different.⋆ Please do not remove my watermark or signature from the piece at any point. If your piece will be needed without one, please communicate that to me, and we will work it out individually.⋆ You are NOT allowed to use my art for AI training, NFTs, or anything else I am uncomfortable with. I have the right to deny any commission for any reason.
Revisions
⋆ After I send you the pencil sketch (both traditionally & digitally) you may request any changes or revisions.⋆ Once the pencil sketch is approved, no further revisions can be requested.⋆ I cannot make changes to the art at ALL past the sketch stage in traditional art. Lineart and colour cannot be changed in traditional work. What is done is permanent!⋆ If anything was made unclear about what you want in a traditional piece, and you did not explain what was incorrect when the sketch was presented, I cannot redo or correct your piece. There is no undo button for traditional art.⋆ A redo will cost the same amount as any other commission from scratch.
Completion & Deadlines
⋆ My current completion time for all commissions is up to 3 weeks, depending on my schedule⋆ I must have a minimum deadline of a month for all commissions, otherwise, I will be treating it at my own pace.

⋆ Real People (family, friends, youtubers, etc.)⋆ Fictional Characters⋆ Original Characters⋆ Suggestive Pieces / slight NSFW (must show an ID of 18+)⋆ Political Pieces⋆ Gore / Blood⋆ Self-harm / Suicide (must provide reason for the art)⋆ Humans with animal features (ears, tails, wings, etc.)⋆ Landscapes / Buildings⋆ "Weirdcore", derealization, and other aesthetics along those lines
I WON'T DRAW
⋆ Furry / Anthro characters, Mecha / Armor, or Vehicles (out of my skill level-- sorry!)⋆ Any depictions of sexual assault, harassment, grooming, etc.⋆ Hateful, discriminatory art, or art used to attack / harm someone or a group of people⋆ Heavy NSFW / BDSM⋆ Anything I deem uncomfortable or out of my skill level!
